Coke-Powered phone, Does it make sense?

I just read a contriversial post about a Chinese Designer Daizi Zheng is working on a project for Nokia to design a Sugar powered phone.

Bascially the idea is the phone can use the power converted from any sugar drink to power source.

This is a client project for designing an eco friendly phone for Nokia. Through out my research, I found that phone battery as a power source, it is expensive, consuming valuable resources on manufacturing, presenting a disposal problem and harmful to the environment.

Personally I thought it is a great thinking but same as some repliers , I also doubt if it is realistic to replace the battery using this technology.

As the main points are :
1. There might generate quite a lot of pollutions whilst producing any sugar drink. Solar technology would fit in the space much better .

2. Taking liquid is not always a wise idea, on public transportation , especially it may cause a lot of problems for Anti -Terriorst task.

3. How to inject the battery liquid becomes challenging. look at the size of the container…
